Return Policy |

Ten (10) day money back policy on new, unused, unopened items**. We will gladly refund or return any mechandise within ten (10) days of purchase*. This does NOT include any shipping charges. If a customer needs to return an item, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
After ten (10), cash refunds are subject to 25% restocking charge or store credit only.

Electronics Policy |

ALL electronic devices are the responsibility of the manufacturer only. Field's Hobby Ctr. can assume no liability on any electronic unit sold, including batteries of all type, speed controls, radios etc. All repair and /or warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer by the consumer. Field's Hobby Center can assist you with your return to a manufacturer, packaging, invoice and mailing at a cost of $9.99. Larger heavier boxes may require additional postage.

Car Repair Policy |
|
|
|
Shop Labor is $45.00 flat rate, with exception to any build job, or repair that would exceed three (3) hours. (At this point we will give you and estimate, and this should be asked about BEFORE any work is done.) All labor must be paid in full before any work is done to any vehicle.
Any parts that are being installed or replaced on the vehicle that exceed the cost of $50.00, must be paid for before any work is done on the vehicle.
No "on the spot" repairs will be done, especially during store hours.
Average repair time is two weeks, but may exceed three weeks, if parts are on order, or if there is excessive repairs needing to be repaired. Repairs are done in the order as they are received.
We stand behind what we fix ONLY. Any broken, modified, or a change in tuning becomes the responsibility of the owner, not of Field's Hobby Ctr.
We ask that all repaired vehicles be picked up within two weeks from the first phone call. If the vehicle remains at the shop for 60 days after the repair was finished, it becomes property of Field's Hobby Center, and will be sold for the cost of the repair.

International Orders |

We no longer fulfill any International orders, except those regarding orders from CANADA. This is do to many scams and other transactions that we didn't receive payment. We are extremely sorry for any inconvience, and we Thank any patrons that have supported us in the past.
Canadian customers, we urge you to contact us via email or by telephone, and we will be more than glad to help you!
Please note: Any International order must be paid for by Western Union. NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. |

In store pickup |

Any order that is designated for in-store pickup is subject to a 24-28 hour delay. Anyone who decides to use the no shipping option and would like to pick up their items earlier, is urged to contact us over the phone and confirm stock availability. Since we cannot and do not guarantee the availability of all of our products, we encourage all of our customers to contact us before stopping in to pick up the paid items. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, the amount will automatically become in-store credit for use at Field's Hobby Center only. If the buyer contacts us, and there is no way for us to provide an item, we will refund the amount, and only that amount, back to that customer. |

Shipping Policy |

If no designation is made, UPS ground or USPS will be the source for our shipping methods, depending on size of the package. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping. Products usually ship within 2-3 days of confirmation, if not sooner. The buyer will be notified if there is any out of stock item, and that amount may be refunded at our disgretion. If we cannot meet the shipping schedule, we will notify you via email. Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed that following Monday, same for commercial holidays. Orders are therefore processed only during store hours, and will be held until the next business day. |

Payment Policy |

We accept Paypal, money orders, bank transfers and certified checks. All payments made via Paypal must have a confirmed address in order to get processed, no exceptions. |
